INSTALL SPECIALIST
Position
The primary focus of this position is to complete projects (both alone and as a member of a multi-employee team) as assigned. This position is responsible for all aspects of project completion that includes safety, reporting, quality, and execution per the project instructions. The actual job responsibilities will vary for each project. The list below provides an outline of the typical duties for project work for the Install Specialist position. Specific duties related to each project will be provided prior to the schedule date.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Review each project packet prior to arriving at the retail location to perform the work.
Participate in any project specific training prior to arriving at the retail location to perform the work.
Check in with store management upon arrival and discuss work to be performed.
Locate all materials needed to execute the project.
Complete specific project tasks as assigned by the Install Lead. Such as:
Assemble and install fixtures and displays;
Set up and reconfigure products in accordance with plan-o-grams or schematics; and
Assist other team members with assigned tasks.
Report any issues that arise during the project to the Install Lead.
Discuss any issues that arise during project execution with store management.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all store employees and customers.
Review all work performed and ensure that all project tasks have been completed.
Take any and all required pictures using Company supplied Digital Camera and report all work completed and any issues using Company provided netbook or laptop.
Walk the completed project with store management and obtain approval.
Sync Company provided netbook or laptop at the beginning and end of each work day.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to read and understand plan-o-grams.
Must be able to read and understand basic wiring schematics and instructions.
Must have basic carpentry skills.
Must complete internal certification programs.
Must have good computer skills, including basic MS Windows skills.
Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Must have good presentation skills.
Prior installation experience a plus.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance.

Provide education and training to other employees, Facilities and CBO's on changes and/or enhancements. Must interact well with all levels of employees.
Produce and monitor reimbursement variance reports for all facilities to identify trends, educational needs, payer issues, AR and/or workflow problems and potential system issues.
Must be able to work independently as well participate in implementation activities.
Perform other duties as assigned/required.
Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of assigned systems within the range of systems that comprise of Business Office Systems. Detailed knowledge of the Invision System. Knowledge of Healthcare operations throughout the revenue cycle. Skill set should include; demonstrated written and verbal communication as well as proficiencies with Excel, Word, ACCESS databases, Olie Scripting, email and keyboard skills. Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
